When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 14-21 business days, starting from the date the package was shipped. Many times sooner! Rest assured the carriers are working as fast as they can during these busy times! Please be aware there may sometimes be small delays due to covid regulations or international customs we cannot control. We sincerely and greatly appreciate the patience and understanding!

 

When will I receive my tracking information?

Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided on your order in 7-10 business days after your order date. We do aim to send it sooner when possible so stay on the lookout! If you do not receive within this timeframe or simply entered your email incorrectly, simply email us and we will send it to you manually! 

 

What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

We offer EMS or USPS standard shipping! You may be able to purchase Express Shipping to receive your package faster. Please note that certain locations might not have this available. If available, it will appear as a option at checkout.

 

Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

Although countries regulate the quantities & varieties of items that can be imported, sports apparel is not considered a restricted item.
